Configure compliance report frequency

Premium Feature: Advanced Compliance Monitoring

The frequency for which a compliance report is generated for a domain is set to Monthly by default. However, organizations who have access to Advanced Compliance Monitoring feature can edit this frequency.

In this article, we will cover to set how often the compliance report is generated on a particular domain.

Data from each scan can only be viewed as an individual report. However, other Didomi tools that use this data (e.g. Smart Vendor List) will be able to leverage data from multiple scans simultaneously.

Click Advanced Compliance Monitoring on the left-hand panel and either add a new domain or edit an existing domain.

Expand the Advanced accordion on the subsequent page.

Use the provided Frequency of the programmed report field to define the frequency for which the compliance report should run on the domain. Compliance reports can be set to run at the following frequency:

• Once (limited to once per hour)

• Daily

• Weekly

• Monthly

Note: Every scan generates a report (1 scan = 1 report). If your organization sets the compliance report frequency to Daily then Didomi will scan the domain everyday and generate a report everyday (which approximates to roughly 30 reports a month).

When finished, click Save & Run.
