Premium Feature: Advanced Compliance Monitoring
Weekly alerts enable your organization to automatically e-mail a snapshot of findings across all of your configured compliance reports to designated members of your organization every Tuesday. In this article, we will cover:
Configure compliance report weekly alert
To configure weekly compliance report alerts, click Advanced Compliance Monitoring on the left-hand panel and select the ⚙️ icon in the header.
Use the provided Notified users space to select users in your organization that should receive the weekly alert email.
Click Save when finished.
Note: Only users who have user accounts in your Didomi account can be added to the list of alert recipients.
Weekly alert email overview
The weekly alert delivered to recipients contains the following sections and presents relevant data for your organization's configured compliance reports during the previous week:
Alerts do not force a rescan of domains for which your organization has configured a compliance report. The alert will only capture changes to your domains since the last scheduled compliance report scan (see: compliance report frequency for more information).
That is, if the frequency of scanning is set at Monthly for all compliance reports, your organization can expect the the first weekly alert to contain updates that draw upon those scan results but the remaining alerts for the month to be mostly empty.
Key weekly indicators
This section provides a snapshot of the total number of distinct vendors and trackers found in the previous week across all domains where your organization has configured a compliance report.

This section provides additional insights into the vendors and trackers found in the previous week across all domains where your organization has configured a compliance report. It is broken down into the following sub-sections:

New Trackers added
Trackers day by day breakdown
Utilize compliance report analytics for a more in-depth analysis on vendors and trackers.
New Vendors added
This sub-section presents the total number of vendors found and an icon that represents whether the total number of vendors has increased, decreased, or remained constant compared to the previous week.
A table displays the following information for the top 10 vendors (by number of trackers dropped) and includes the following details for each vendor:
Name
Name of the vendor
Trackers Dropped
Total number of trackers dropped by the vendor
Domains
Domain(s) where the vendor was found
New Trackers added
This sub-section presents the total number of trackers found and an icon that represents whether the total number of trackers has increased, decreased, or remained constant compared to the previous week.
A table displays the following information for the top 10 trackers and includes the following details for each tracker:
Name
Name of the tracker
Party
Whether the tracker is considered 1st-party or 3rd-party
Vendor
Name of vendor who dropped the tracker
Domains
Domain(s) where the tracker was found
Trackers day by day breakdown
This sub-section breaks down the number of trackers dropped per day for the No action and Refuse all scenarios.
Vendors & Trackers evolution
This section provides a comparison of vendors and trackers found on domains with configured compliance reports for the previous week and previous month and indicates whether the number has increase or decreased.
