Dashboard filters for your organization's compliance reports enable your organization to narrow down the data represented in the tables and graphs of a particular compliance report analytics dashboard. In this article, we will cover all of the possible filters available across compliance report analytics dashboards.

To configure filters for a compliance analytics dashboard, click Analytics on the left-hand panel and select the Compliance Report tab.

Click the card for your desired compliance report analytics dashboard.

Select the Show filters button to expand the filters accordion and configure the filters for the dashboard. The data in the tables and/or graphs will automatically update to reflect your selected filters.

Filter
Description

Date

Configure the time frame for the data represented in the dashboard. Your organization can select between pre-determined periods (e.g. last 14 days) or designate specific start and end dates.

Primary Date Range

Configure the time frame for the data represented in the entire dashboard. Your organization can select between pre-determined periods (e.g. last 14 days) or designate specific start and end dates. Note: Available in the KPI review dashboard since individual tables/visualizations have secondary filters for date ranges.

Property Name

Properties that should be included in the data represented in the dashboard

Domain(s)/App(s) (Include)

Include domains/apps that match the name or pattern in the data for the dashboard. Note: Click here to learn more about utilizing regular expressions (regex) for this filter.

Country

Country of vendors that should be included in the data represented in the dashboard.

Vendor Category

Assigned category of the vendor that should be included in the data represented in the dashboard

Scenario

Select the scenario(s) where the vendor or tracker was discovered to be included in the data represented in the dashboard

User Behavior

Select the end-user action that should be used to filter the data represented in the dashboard.
