Preview privacy record

Once a privacy record is generated, your organization can preview details of the record and its associated events directly from the Didomi console. In this article, we will cover:

To start, click Versions & Proofs on the left-hand panel and select the Privacy Records tab on the subsequent page.

Navigate to a privacy record and click the Preview icon inline with the privacy record.


Preview privacy record overview

From the overview page of the privacy record, your organization can review the following the information for the record:

Generation date

Date the privacy record was requested

Sync status

Date the privacy record was last updated

User ID

User ID for the privacy record request (if used)

Organization User ID

Organized User ID for the privacy record request (if used)

Email

Latest user status (PMP)

Click the field to view the latest preference decisions made by the end-user. Click here for more information.

Latest user status (CMP)

Click the field to view the latest consent decisions made by the end-user. Click here for more information.

Events

List of all events recorded for the privacy record. Each event can be further explored in the Didomi console. Click here for more information.

Last user status (PMP)

View the latest preference decisions for the privacy record by clicking the appropriate Latest user status field.

The latest user status (PMP) panel provides a view of the end-user's latest selections for the purposes and preferences included in a preferences widget.

In addition to seeing the recent selections made by the end-user, your organization can also view how a particular purpose or preference that was presented to the end-user has since changed in your configuration tree since the selection by enabling the Legacy view toggle.

Purposes and preferences will be annotated in the panel in accordance with the legend to indicate the status of these elements in your current configuration tree.

Click Download PMP Choices Overview PDF to download a pdf file of the latest end-user preferences status onto your local machine.

Last user status (CMP)

View the latest consent decisions for the privacy record by clicking the appropriate Latest user status field.

The latest user status (CMP) panel includes two tabs that will detail the following for the latest consent record:

Accepted legitimate interest

Denied legitimate interest

Preview privacy record event

View the details of any event for the privacy record by navigating to an event on the list and clicking the Preview icon inline with the event.

The event preview page is divided into five panels:

Click the tabs below for more information on what is included in each panel.

Download the details of this specific event by clicking the Download icon in the page header and selecting a download format from the drop-down menu.

Click the User choice tab on the left-hand panel.

The right-hand panel will provide the following information depending on whether the event is for the Preferences Management Platform (PMP) or Consent Management Platform (CMP).

Preferences Management Platform (PMP)

If the event is for the Didomi Preferences Management Platform (PMP) the right-hand panel will give you a view of the end-user's selections for the purposes and preferences included in a preferences widget for the event.

In addition to seeing the selections made by the end-user for the event, your organization can also view how an end-user's selections has changed since the previous recorded event by enabling the Highlight changes toggle.

If the event is for the Didomi Consent Management Platform (CMP) the right-hand panel will give you the following information for purposes and vendors:
