# Delete preferences widget

Deleting a preferences widget enables your organization to completely remove a preferences widget from your organization's Didomi console.

Only a preference widget with a [publication status](/preference-management-platform-pmp/preferences-widgets/preferences-widget-status-glossary.md) of **Draft** can be successfully deleted.

Click **Preferences** on the left-hand panel and ensure the **Widgets** tab is selected on the subsequent page.

Navigate to a preferences widget with a publication status of **Draft** on the list and click the **ellipsis** inline with the widget name.&#x20;

Click **Delete** from the menu.

Confirm the decision to delete the preferences widget in the subsequent modal and click **Got it, delete!**

The preferences widget will be deleted from your organization's Didomi account.
