The Authentication funnel analytics dashboard in Didomi PMP analytics enables your organization to view performance indicators about how end-users are progression through the authentication process to preference selection. In this article, we will provide a brief overview of the data and visualizations found in the Authentication funnel analytics dashboard.
The Authentication funnel analytics dashboard does not provide insights into the actual purposes and preferences selected by end-users.
To start, click Analytics on the left-hand panel and select the Preference Management Platform tab.
Click the Authentication funnel analytics card on the subsequent page.

Funnel event distribution
Total number of times each step in the funnel (e.g. Auth asked, Auth sent, Choice Asked, etc...) was triggered in the configured periodization
PMP funnel performance
Overall authentication rate (e.g. Auth Bounce Rate, Response Rate, etc...) across all preferences widgets in the configured periodization
Funnel step volume per day
View number of times each funnel step (e.g. Auth asked, Auth sent, Choice Asked, etc...) was triggered for each day in the configured periodization
Funnel performance indicator per day
View funnel rate metrics for each day in the configured periodization
Preference choices distribution per widget
View total number of end-user preference submissions per widget in the configured periodization
Funnel performance by widget
View funnel volume and funnel rate metrics per preferences widget in the configured periodization
Preference choices distribution per device
View total number of end-user preference submissions per device in the configured periodization
Funnel performance per device type
View funnel volume and funnel rate metrics per device in the configured periodization
