# Consentement (RGPD)

Le consentement doit être :

#### **✅ Librement donné**

* Aucune clause abusive ni déséquilibre manifeste.
* Non lié à un contrat pour lequel le consentement est inutile.
* Liberté de choix, de refus et de retrait sans préjudice.

#### **✅ Éclairé**

* Une demande compréhensible et accessible avec un langage clair et précis.
* Connaissance des informations obligatoires. 

#### **✅ Sans ambiguïté** 

* Acte déclaratif.
* Acte positif clair.

#### **✅ Spécifique**

* Accorder à la personne concernée la possibilité de consentir à chaque finalité.
* Si la demande est effectuée au moyen d’un formulaire contenant d’autres questions, elle est présentée de manière distincte.
