# Accéder au portail client

Le portail client permet à votre organisation de consulter et de gérer vos tickets de support Didomi (qui ont été soumis par vous ou d'autres membres de votre organisation). Dans cet article, nous expliquerons comment créer un compte sur le portail client Didomi afin que vous puissiez accéder aux tickets de support.

Accédez à l'angle supérieur droit du site de documentation produit Didomi et cliquez **Customer Portal**.

Vous serez redirigé vers la page de connexion du portail client Didomi. Cliquez **Register here**.

Utilisez la fenêtre modale suivante pour saisir les informations requises dans les champs appropriés et cliquez **Save password** lorsque vous avez terminé.&#x20;
